Pack 388 Scout Gazette for 02/07
Help your Den Leaders Thank you to those who are leading our scouts this year. Please keep in mind the effort that these leaders are putting forth to help your child grow. Please help our den leaders with scheduling, activities, working with your sons at home, and any other way you can think of. Upcoming Pack Meetings The following meetings are scheduled for 7:00pm at St. Joseph’s basement. March 20^th April 17^th May 22^nd If the meeting needs to change I will let you know. Scouting for Food Do not forget about this important event. The dates are as follows. Bag Distribution – April 14^th Bag Collection – April 21^st	Pack Pinewood Derby! Congratulations to all the participants! All the scouts did a great job again this year. There were eleven racers in the scout class. The following awards were presented to the scouts. Most effort (voted on by the leaders) – Michael Geissinger Best Design (voted on by the scouts) – Sean Becher Scout Favorite (voted on by the scouts) – Bryce Schmidt #1 – Brandon Foley #2 – Charles Niemann #3 – Kolton Niemann In the open class we had six racers, and placed in the following order. #1 – Mikalia Foley Tony Becher (not eligible for an award in the open class) #2 – Ryan Foley Justin Schmidt (not eligible for an award) Amanda Becher (turned down the award) #3 – Alex Krueger
